1. Acceptance of Terms & Definitions

2. Service Overview & Eligibility

2.1 Service Purpose

We provide free AI-powered name generation tools for creative brainstorming, personal branding, social media, fictional writing, and mock testing. All core tools are available without mandatory account registration; account login via Google OAuth is optional for saved history functionality.

2.2 Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 16 years of age to use this Website and create an OAuth account;
  2. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a business entity, you hold full authority to bind that entity to these Terms;
  3. You will not use the Website if local laws restrict online AI tools or third-party Google authentication services.

The Website is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 13, per our Privacy Policy.

3. Google OAuth Account Rules

  1. Account creation is exclusively via Google OAuth 2.0; we do not offer standalone email/password registration. All account data handling complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy referenced in our Privacy Policy.
  2. You are solely responsible for securing your Google Account credentials and all activities performed under your linked OAuth account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized account access.
  3. You may revoke our Website’s access to your Google profile data at any time via your Google Account security permissions page. Revoking access will disable saved name history linked to your account.
  4. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be automatically purged, deleting all saved name records without prior notice.
  5. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your OAuth account without refund or advance notice if you violate any clause within these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property & Generated Names License

4.1 Website Core Intellectual Property

All proprietary elements of the Website remain exclusive property of the Operator, protected by copyright, trade secret, and international intellectual property law:

  • AI generation algorithms, backend source code, tool logic, website layout, UI design, logos, text copy, and visual assets. You may not copy, mirror, decompile, reverse-engineer, scrape, distribute, embed, or modify any part of the Website’s code or visual design without written consent from the Operator.

4.2 Limited Royalty-Free License for Generated Names

Subject to the restrictions in Section 5, the Operator grants you a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use all Generated Outputs for personal and commercial creative purposes. This license does not transfer full ownership or exclusive proprietary rights to you.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Use of Generated Names

5.1 Allowed Usage

  • Social media usernames, game nicknames, channel & podcast titles, band/team/farm brand labels;
  • Fictional character names for novels, scripts, tabletop games and creative portfolios;
  • Business brand brainstorming, internal mock branding, non-exclusive marketing drafts;

5.2 Strict Prohibitions on Generated Output

  1. You may not register any Generated Name as an exclusive trademark, copyright, domain brand asset, or legal proprietary mark in any jurisdiction. The Operator retains perpetual non-exclusive rights to all algorithm-generated text combinations.
  2. Mass bulk export of thousands of generated name lists for resale, subscription lists, or standalone commercial name databases is forbidden without prior written licensing approval from the Operator.
  3. You acknowledge multiple users may receive identical or similar Generated Outputs; we provide no guarantee of name uniqueness, trademark clearance, domain availability, or platform username availability. All legal risk for commercial adoption rests solely with you.

6. Prohibited User Conduct

When accessing the Website or using any tool, you agree you will NOT:

  1. Submit keywords, prompts, or generate names containing hate speech, racial/religious/gender discrimination, pornography, graphic violence, obscenity, harassment, or threatening language;
  2. Generate names that impersonate real celebrities, registered trademarks, government agencies, copyrighted fictional characters, living private individuals, or protected corporate brands;
  3. Use Generated Outputs for cyberbullying, malware distribution, scam marketing, illegal sales, counterfeiting, or any criminal activity;
  4. Deploy bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated scripts, or API mass-request tools to bulk-generate names without written Operator authorization;
  5. Flood servers with excessive concurrent requests to overload, disrupt, or degrade service for other visitors;
  6. Attempt to disable, bypass, or modify built-in content safety filters;
  7. Copy, embed, iframe, or mirror the full Website or individual generator tools on external third-party domains;
  8. Circumvent any usage rate limits, access restrictions, or security measures implemented by the Operator;
  9. Attempt to extract, steal, or repurpose our proprietary AI generation algorithm for competing name-generator websites.

We maintain automated content filters to block harmful prompts, but you bear full legal liability for all content you choose to generate and publish.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Google AdSense Advertising

The Website displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. You acknowledge:

  1. Google may deploy advertising cookies, collect anonymized browsing metrics, and serve personalized ads as detailed in our Privacy Policy;

8. User Submissions & Input Content License

Any keywords, custom prompts, feedback, or suggestions you submit to the Website (“User Input”) grants the Operator a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Process the input to generate names;
  • Anonymize input text to improve AI filtering, algorithm accuracy, and tool safety;
  • Use anonymous aggregated prompt data for internal service optimization, with no personally identifiable information attached. You retain full ownership of your original input text, and we will not sell or share raw identifiable user prompts with external parties.

9. Service Availability, Modification & Termination

  1. The Operator reserves absolute discretion to modify, adjust, or limit tool features, daily generation quotas, and saved account storage capacity at any time without advance notice.
  2. We may perform scheduled maintenance, temporary service suspension, or permanent Website shutdown for security updates, legal compliance, or platform restructuring. We are not liable for downtime, lost saved names, or interrupted access during maintenance.
  3. We may immediately suspend or fully terminate your Website access or OAuth account (without refund or appeal) if we reasonably determine you have violated these Terms, local laws, or created safety/legal risk for the platform or other users.
  4. Upon account termination, all saved name history linked to your OAuth identity will be permanently deleted per our data retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL GENERATION TOOLS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability, fitness for any specific commercial purpose;
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free service operation;
  • Originality, non-infringement, trademark safety, legal validity, or uniqueness of any Generated Names;
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of algorithmic name suggestions. We do not warrant that Generated Outputs will not conflict with existing registered brands, copyrights, domain names, or platform usernames. You must perform independent trademark/domain clearance before commercial use of any generated name.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

11.1 Liability Cap

Under no circumstances shall the Operator, its staff, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic loss (including lost profits, brand damage, legal fees, business interruption) arising from your use of the Service, even if notified of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Website shall not exceed one hundred United States Dollars ($100).

11.2 Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, its owners, developers, and partners from all third-party claims, damages, fines, legal costs, attorney fees, and liabilities arising out of:

  5. Any transactions or disputes originating from third-party advertisements or external linked websites you visit from our platform.

12. Minor Users Policy

  1. The Website is not designed for users under 16 years old. Minors under 16 may only browse the Website with direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. We will immediately delete all personal data, OAuth account records, and saved content if we discover a user under 13 has submitted personal information.
  3. If you are a parent/guardian aware your minor child created an OAuth account or submitted personal data, contact [email protected] to request full data deletion.

13. Amendments to These Terms

We may revise, update, or supplement these Terms periodically to reflect Website feature changes, Google AdSense/OAuth policy updates, or new global data protection regulations.
